This hotel is one of the best places I have stayed in, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, the description on the app was misleading, and some rooms had to be closed off, which was a bit disappointing. The service was amazing once the manager listened but could have been more attentive especially regarding promotions. The location was perfect for exploring the area, although the dining experience lacked atmosphere. Overall, a place with potential but needs better management.

The double deluxe room was adequate, but I found myself hitting my head on the ceiling while trying to use the crosstrainer. Prior to arrival, there is room for improvement to make the room even more comfortable.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the Duty Manager to the Chef. However, witnessing an argument in front of guests was a downside. The availability of room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and a welcome drink added value to the service.
